IN ALL CASES, RICOZEB LIMITED’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO RICOZEB LIMITED WITHIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
